Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pyeak, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Pyeak, built and run by Brainstorm IT, is a platform for finding and organizing local sports games, discovering and booking courts, running tournaments, and connecting with other players in the Philippines. Venue listings, public games and public tournaments can be viewed by anyone, including people without an account. We provide the tools; the games, bookings and events themselves are arranged between the people who use them.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pyeak
• You sign in with a Google account; keep it secure, because anyone who can use it can use your Pyeak account
• You must give accurate information
• One person, one account — no impersonation or fake accounts
• Only enter someone else's details — a teammate's name, a staff member's email address — with their permission

4. Plans and Fees

Pyeak is currently free for everyone — players, hosts, court owners and tournament organizers alike. There are no paid plans and no subscription fees at this time. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, their pricing, features and billing terms will be displayed before you subscribe, and no charge will be made without your express consent.

5. Payments Between Users

Pyeak does not currently collect or hold payments. Game fees, court bookings and tournament entry fees are paid directly to the host, venue or organizer, by the method they list. Pyeak is not a party to those payments. Records you see in Pyeak — a host marking who has paid, a payment reference on a booking — are kept by the people involved for their own convenience, and are not a receipt from Pyeak. Refunds and payment disputes are between you and the person you paid.

6. Games and Hosting

Hosts are responsible for the games they create: the time, place, fee and anything they promise players. Players are expected to turn up to games they join or leave them in good time. Attendance counts toward a reliability score that other players can see unless you turn it off.

7. Venues, Bookings and Listings

Venue owners set their own rates, hours and booking and cancellation policies, are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, and are responsible for what the staff they add do on the venue's behalf. Pyeak is not responsible for disputes between players and venues about bookings, court conditions or refunds.

Some court listings are put together by us from publicly available information — a venue's own website or social media pages, government pages and OpenStreetMap — so players can find places to play. These are marked as unclaimed listings. Their hours, prices and contact details are for information only, may be out of date, and do not mean the venue is affiliated with or endorsed by Pyeak. A price shown on an unclaimed listing is never charged through Pyeak.

If you run a listed venue, you can claim its listing for free once we have confirmed you represent the business, or ask us to correct or remove it from the listing page or by emailing support@pyeak.com. Claiming a venue you do not represent is a breach of these terms.

8. Tournaments

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of tournament details, managing registrations, entering results and running events as described. Live scores and brackets on Pyeak are entered by the organizer and are not an official record. Match results feed the ratings shown on players' profiles. Pyeak provides the tools but does not guarantee the quality, safety or execution of any tournament.

9. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully or threaten other players, or post hateful or sexual content
• Post false or misleading games, venues, tournaments, results, reviews or check-ins
• Create games or tournaments you have no intention of running
• Repeatedly no-show to games without notice
• Upload photos you do not have the right to share, or photos of people who object
• Spam other users or abuse notifications, invites or reports
• Scrape, copy or resell Pyeak's data, or interfere with how the service runs
• Use Pyeak for any illegal purpose

We may remove content, hide it while a report is reviewed, and warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. You can report content or a player from their page, and block anyone you do not want to hear from.

10. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post — photos, posts, comments, reviews, game and venue descriptions. By posting it, you give Pyeak a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it on Pyeak, including on pages anyone can view and in the share cards you choose to create, for as long as it stays on the platform. You are responsible for having the right to post what you upload.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pyeak is provided “as is” and “as available”. Sport carries a risk of injury, and you take part in games, bookings and tournaments at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, disputes, payments or losses arising from anything arranged through the platform, or from information posted by other users or compiled from public sources.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, once you have cancelled any upcoming game you host or tournament you organize and settled your venue's upcoming bookings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pyeak shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. We will tell you about significant changes by email or an in-app notification before they take effect; continuing to use Pyeak after that means you accept them.
